The private villas in Jamaica all are equipped with all the amenities of Jamaica Communications. Jamaica villas are equipped with telephones and guests will be advised of the particular phone number of the property prior to departure. Please do note, however, that the majority of the properties only permit local calls and collect international calls as the homeowner’s retain the codes to make direct dialed overseas calls. Alternatively, phone cards are available for purchase at hotels, post offices, supermarkets and some shops. Certainly, guests may ask their private driver or another staff member to purchase phone cards for them to expedite overseas calls. Please note that Jamaica Telephone may not accept AT & T calling cards and other pre-paid phone cards.

Mobile Phones:
Your U.S. cell phone will work if your provider in the U.S. is T Mobile or Cingular. but will not work if your provider is Verizon or Sprint. Be sure to check with your home cell phone services provider to see if they have a roaming agreement with a company in Jamaica.
Note: Be sure to enable ROAMING in Jamaica.

Alternatively, visit any Digicel store in Jamaica and they'll set you up. All of our drivers and staff know where the most convenient Digicel outlets are. Digicel phones are inexpensive, and phone time cards are available in nearly all shops and gas stations. Overseas call rates are quite reasonable. Try your own cell first. If it doesn't work in Jamaica, purchase of a Digicel is my strongest recommendation for ease, economy and convenience.

Internet:
Most of the villas provide complementary ADSL Internet access and some are wireless, so feel free to bring along your laptop. Check with your concierge to confirm the latest Internet access status in your villa. Please note that guests in the Tryall Club villas may use the Tryall Internet Room and Round Hill guests may use the Round Hill Internet Room.
